Don’t Sleep on Your Bad Shoulder

0

Yes if you have shoulder pain, sleeping is going to be pretty uncomfortable. Dozens of people see me and they all ask the same question… Tim, how can I sleep more comfortably?

Answer: sleep on your good shoulder. Never sleep on the side which hurts. For example if your right shoulder is painful, sleep on the left side of your body.

Even better is to sleep on your back, this way the shoulders do not get trapped under the chest when you sleep.
