<p style="text-align: justify;">Fatigue is a common symptom of <a class="ld_link" href="http://www.exercisesforshoulderpain.com/fibromyalgia.html" target=" " title="fibromyalgia">fibromyalgia</a>. Although people often have no trouble falling asleep, they rarely reach the final stage of the REM cycle, where full rest is experienced. Instead, their sleep is light and they are easily disturbed, awakening exhausted and unrefreshed due to an inability to reach the final stage of relaxation.</p>
<p>Local areas of tenderness are also frequently seen in fibromyalgia sufferers. These points are located in the tissue around the neck, shoulder, back, and hips.</p>
