<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Avoiding Shoulder Pain</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We don&#039;t think about our shoulders until one day we do something like reaching up to pull something down from the shelf or we reach to catch a basketball and pain stops us in our tracks.</p>

<p>I just got back from World Games in Taiwan. I was there as the Polish Powerlifting Team<br />
Physical Therapist. This was a fantastic experience.</p>
<p>As you can imagine Powerlifting puts incredible stress on the shoulder and can cause serious injuries. <a class="ld_link" href="http://www.exercisesforshoulderpain.com/shoulder-exercise-articles.html" target=" " title="Shoulder exercises">Shoulder exercises</a>, <a class="ld_link" href="http://www.exercisesforshoulderpain.com/shoulder-strengthening.html" target=" " title="shoulder strengthening">shoulder strengthening</a> and proper warm-up are vital to prevent <a class="ld_link" href="http://www.exercisesforshoulderpain.com/shoulder-injury.html" target=" " title="shoulder injury">shoulder injury</a>.</p>
